Q: What materials are your suits made from?
A: We craft our suits using premium grade leather and high quality Cordura fabric. All suits come with CE Level 1 certified armor at shoulders, elbows and knees as standard.

Q: Are your suits CE certified?
A: Yes. All Archaic Leather Seams suits come with CE Level 1 armor protection as standard. CE Level 2 armor is available on request.

Q: Do you offer custom sizing?
A: Absolutely. We specialize in custom made to measure suits at no extra charge. Simply send us your measurements via WhatsApp and we will craft your suit to fit perfectly.

Q: How long does a custom suit take to make?
A: Standard suits are ready in 3–5 business days. Fully custom suits take 5–7 business days before dispatch.

Q: What colors and designs are available?
A: We offer a wide range of colors and designs. Browse our collection or contact us on WhatsApp to discuss custom designs and color combinations.


Ordering & Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal and other secure payment methods available at checkout.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours your suit goes into production and changes may not be possible. Contact us immediately on WhatsApp if you need to make changes.

Q: Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
A: Yes we do. Contact us on WhatsApp to discuss bulk pricing and wholesale arrangements.


Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes. We ship to every country worldwide with free standard shipping on all orders.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Standard delivery takes 10–16 business days depending on your location. Express shipping (5–8 business days) is available for $35 USD.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. You can use this to track your order at any time.

Q: Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
A: Import duties vary by country. Some countries may charge import taxes on international orders. This is outside our control and is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking your local customs rules before ordering.


Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30 day return policy on all standard suits. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Custom sized suits are non-returnable.

Q: My suit arrived damaged. What do I do?
A: Contact us immediately on WhatsApp with photos of the damage. We will resolve the issue within 24 hours at absolutely no cost to you.

Q: How long do refunds take?
A: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
