Order Processing Time
All our suits are handcrafted to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your suit to be crafted and dispatched after your order is confirmed.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. You can track your order at any time using this number.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy we are here to help.
30 Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom sized suits made to your specific measurements
- Items marked as final sale
How To Return
Simply contact us on WhatsApp within 30 days of receiving your order and we will guide you through the return process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you within 2 business days. If approved your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged Or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item please contact us immediately with photos and we will resolve it within 24 hours at no cost to you.
